Improve health outcomes across the Western and Far West NSW through the design and delivery of evidence-based programs founded on the concept of co-design and consultation. Provide subject matter leadership, advice and direction to ensure that service design and delivery is aligned with best practice and community needs. Build and maintain strong sector relationships and networks. Analysis of commissioned service providers performance and reporting to ensure deliverables and outcomes are being achieved. Work closely with commissioned service providers and internal stakeholders in the development and delivery of outcomes-based service delivery. Ensure planning, procurement, implementation and evaluation of services is coordinated.
